Built to Fit the Enterprise
Technology You Already Have.
Connect Aeonox through MCP and APIs to your existing ERP, finance, identity and attendance systems. Integrate seamlessly without replacing the infrastructure that already works.
HCM Built to Work With Your Enterprise
Aeonox connects employee data with identity, finance, attendance, banking, benefits, analytics, and other enterprise systems through defined integration paths, open APIs, MCP, and a scalable architecture.
But the technology is backed by more than architecture alone. Aeonox builds on 25+ years of experience running payroll and HRO operations, including meeting the statutory responsibilities that accompany managing payroll in complex regulatory environments.
The result is a platform that understands both the technology and operational realities of managing people, payroll, and HR at scale.
Integrations to Keep
Your Data Moving
Your HR platform should not become another technology island. Aeonox provides defined integration paths and governed access to connect employee, payroll, attendance and HR data with the enterprise systems your business already depends on.
As a Workday Innovation Partner, the platform brings real integration experience across Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle. Technical teams manage the APIs, documentation, authentication controls and architecture needed to connect with the wider enterprise without rebuilding existing systems.
Integration Diagrams
Detailed Integration Documentation for Technical Evaluation
Technical teams can review Aeonox integration diagrams and data-flow documentation during the evaluation process. These materials show how data enters Aeonox, moves across its domains, and connects with external systems, giving technical and security teams the detail they need to assess dependencies, integration points, and downstream processes before implementation.
Available under NDA during technical evaluation.
Open APIs
Build Around the Systems
You Already Use
Connect Aeonox with the applications, workflows, and services that already run your business. REST APIs, event webhooks, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and a sandbox environment give development teams a defined foundation for building, testing, and maintaining integrations.
Aeonox API Documentation available upon request during technical evaluation.
MCP Server
Connect AI Clients to Business Data With Control
Aeonox is built for the emerging standard in AI interoperability. We are developing native Model Context Protocol (MCP) support, which will let approved AI clients work with Aeonox data through the same permission model, tenant isolation and audit trail that governs every other integration.
Authentication, scoped access, and auditability govern how AI connects with HR, payroll, and Employee Experience workflows. Aeonox’s AI governance model defines four levels of action:
Inform
AI provides information and
answers questions.
Recommend
AI analyses data and recommends an action,
with a person making the decision.
Act with Approval
AI performs an action only after
the required human approval.
Act within Limits
AI executes defined actions automatically
within configured boundaries.

For high-impact decisions, including salary changes, terminations, performance ratings, and payouts, AI is capped at Recommend. These decisions remain subject to human judgement and approval.
Architecture that Extends With Your Enterprise
Aeonox is built around independent business domains, event-driven communication, owned data, embedded AI capabilities, and cloud infrastructure designed for scale. This allows organisations to evolve their HR and payroll technology without creating unnecessary dependencies across the platform.
Whether you are integrating a new enterprise system, expanding into another country, adding employee services, or introducing AI into existing workflows, Aeonox provides an architecture designed to support change.
Ripple Engine
A single update triggers every relevant downstream action
The Ripple Engine is the mechanism that keeps connected processes aligned when something changes. Instead of relying on manual synchronisation between systems, a single change triggers every relevant downstream action across the platform.
For example, when an employee changes their work location, Aeonox automatically updates the holiday calendar, professional tax, attendance policy, and arrears that depend on that change. Every step in the chain is logged, creating a complete audit trail of what changed, what was triggered, and when. The result is fewer manual dependencies, less duplicated data entry, and processes that respond to changes as they happen.
Platform
Engineering
Scale as your business grows
Aeonox uses a cloud-based, multi-tenant architecture designed to support large-scale payroll operations across employees, entities, locations, and complex working structures.
Today, Aeonox processes roughly 1.7 million payslips every month across 600+ clients, with a peak monthly volume of 375,000+ payslips for a single enterprise. Tenant isolation, horizontal scalability, observability, and reliability practices provide the architectural foundation for these workloads as organisations grow and their operational complexity increases.
Technology &
Functional
Architecture
One platform but distinct
business domains
Aeonox brings HR, Employee Experience, and Global Payroll together within a connected platform while keeping each domain’s business logic clearly defined. Each domain retains responsibility for its own workflows, business rules, and data, while independently managed services and event-driven architecture connect the processes that depend on them.
Shared services and connected data provide a common technology foundation without forcing every business process into the same model.
Built for Enterprise Security & Regulatory Requirements
Employee and payroll data demands more than reliable integrations. It requires security, governance, and infrastructure designed around the regulatory requirements of the markets where organisations operate. Aeonox provides secure access, tenant isolation, controlled data flows, auditability, and enterprise governance across HR, payroll, and employee data.
Data Residency Across Global Operations
Aeonox processes payroll across roughly 34 countries, making data residency a critical consideration for organisations operating across jurisdictions.
Certifications & Compliance
Aeonox holds ISO 27001 certification and has completed SOC 2 Type 1. SOC 2 Type 2 is currently in progress.

Technology Built on
Real-World Payroll and HRO Expertise
Aeonox is not a platform built solely from an architecture diagram. It is shaped by hands-on experience in operating payroll and HRO services and managing the statutory responsibilities that come with getting employee and payroll data right.
This experience informs the platform’s design, from the way business domains are structured to how data moves between processes, how changes propagate, and how organisations manage complexity across countries and entities. The result is technology shaped by the realities of running HR and payroll operations, not just the requirements of building software.
