Day One Should Not Take Three Weeks.

From accepted offer to day one, Aeonox collects and validates employee information, completes required documentation and registrations, coordinates readiness across functions and creates a structured employee record.

Onboarding Is a Data Process, Not Just a Welcome.

Aeonox brings pre-boarding, document collection, validation, statutory information and day-one readiness into one connected process. Employees complete what they need on their phone, while HR gets structured, validated data instead of forms, email attachments and spreadsheets.

Once onboarding is complete, the employee record flows into Core HR, probation tracking begins, the applicable shift and attendance policies take effect, and the employee is picked up by payroll for their first month.

Aeonox checks Aadhaar and other identity and address documents, qualification certificates, previous employment records, PF Form 11 declarations, PF and gratuity nomination forms, and ESIC registration details. These checks support document completeness and data quality; they do not, by themselves, verify document authenticity or establish an employee’s identity.

Yes. Joiners can be managed as cohorts, with progress visible across groups, locations and joining dates rather than requiring HR to track every employee individually.

AI can extract information from documents, check completion, answer pre-boarding questions and flag joiners requiring attention. It does not make employment or eligibility decisions.
